If payment for order has not been received within 21 days, the order will be cancelled without notification. Work will not commence on your order until payment has been received.
Once payment has been received order dispatch times are 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm all details of order & payment received & it will give details of estimated dispatch date. If any part of you order is incomplete You must reply to this email. If no reply received order will be processed as detailed. When your purchase is ready to be dispatched You will receive a dispatch email. If you require an item sooner pleasecontact me via email before placing the order & I will try my utmost to accommodate you.
Payment can be made by Paypal via my online shopping cart(international customers pay using paypal only) cheque, postal order or bank draft(Republic of Ireland only) If you are paying by cheque postal order etc, please print out completed order form & send with method of payment. This is very important as I may not be able to trace your order. Cheque will not be cashed & you will not receive a confirmation email.
I must be notified of a wish to return an item within 48hrs of receipt of the item. I will accept returns within 10 days of receipt after this time no refund will be given. They should be unworn and in the same condition as sent. A full refund will be given except for the postage costs. If you wish for the refund into your paypal account, the paypal fee will be deducted from refund.. Otherwise a cheque will be issued. No refund is available on Custom made pieces or Jewellery. Jewellery is non-returnable unless Faulty. All items are packaged in an attractive Sturdy Gift box.
